Home Party*

 

You've heard of those other direct seller parties, but what about a candle party? It will fill your home with good friends AND good smells! Below is our current party program. We always keep our hostess #1, but we also throw in giveaways for the guests!

 

Hostess Perks:

Automatic 10% off your order and a free gift.

$100 in total sales = 15% off your order.

$200 and up =  upgrade to 20% off and free tart warmer.

$300 and up = 20% off and free tart.

$400 and up = 20% off and free candle.

$500 and up = 20%, free candle, and free tart.

 

If you find another party program with better perks, send us a message, and we will try to match that party!

Online Party

 

Let's say you're interested, but you don't really have time for a party. NO PROBLEM! We can host you a party online!

 

The hostest perks are similar to those of the home party. There will be some variations in the games and prizes. You choose the length of time your party will run; 1, 2, or 3 weeks!

Fundraising

 

Yes, we do fundraising to help your company or to help those with a personal need. How does it work? Well, we personalize this for each organization. Each fundraiser receives a portion of the representative's commission. Based on your organization's needs, we will determine what that commission is. We can work with you on goals and special rewards for certain levels of participation.

About Your Hostess

Heather started Flickering Beauty for the same reason many direct sellers begin: to earn extra income. Upon starting, she became very excited very quickly and jumped in head first. Heather is naturally creative and business-minded with college business classes under belt.

 

Heather's Flickering Beauty Team Philosophy:

I believe that a team leader is supportive and acts as a mentor for the rest of the team. I make this commitment from the beginning. When I do this, it makes me accountable.

My goal is to have regular team meetings where everyone, or at least those locally, come to brainstorm or work together, helping each other be successful. If a team member isn't local, no problem. That's what the telephone and the internet are there for! If I have a team member that feels discouraged, that's when I especially need to step in. If they continue feeling discouraged, then I must not be working hard enough.

And what about the newbies? Well, they need my extra special attention. There's nothing worse than starting a new business and being let down when a lack of guidance means a lack of success. I've been there, and I don't want that happening to my team.

And what about my team members building their own teams? My mentoring is for them, also. I want my team members referring their friends to the Flickering Beauty Team based on our ethics, leadership skills, and teamwork.
